Our investigators have traced their suspected artifact thief Arnold Howell to an ongoing salvage operation transporting a worn out passenger ship to Portland Maine for refit. But having already discovered one dead man on the bridge and an unsettling lack of other signs of living crew,they must find out what exactly befell the souls aboard the Royal Perle before they find themselves having to flee with nowhere to go, like rats on a sinking ship.<\/p>\n
