There’s many interesting items to be found on Kickstarter, but these are the coolest ones this week.<\/p>\n

\nThis book of one shot adventures for Call of Cthulhu has over 20 adventures, written by an impressive array of people. All of them look interesting and creepy, and I love that there’s even a one on one adventure included. Aser’s hoping to convert some of the adventures to Delta Green, and it looks like there’s some great candidates for that. I really appreciate that they will be tagging each adventure with the general plot and monsters so you don’t accidentally include the same monsters as last time you picked up this book. <\/p>\n

\nWe love learning about new accessible games here, and this Fantasy RPG looks like it could be a lot of fun. Audio based games were a whole new experience for me, and I’m looking forward to what the developers, who are blind themselves, are going to put out. Everyone should have access to great computer games, and I’m excited to see what this one is like. <\/p>\n
\nAlas for the Awful Sea promises a harsh look at the fishing community in the British Isles in the 1800s. The system is based on Apocalypse World, but they promise a much less forgiving mechanic overall. I really love the RPGs that are coming out that have such a narrow focus, because they promise a lot of depth and exploration. The art and premise of this game is really intriguing to me, and I hope to be playing it soon. <\/p>\n
\nIf you like to game in luxury, Wyrmwood Gaming is a company you should be paying attention to. I’ve been salivating over this GM Screen since they launched the kickstarter. It’s beautifully crafted from wood, and even better it’s completely modular. You can a set of drawers for storing dice, miniatures or markers, and even a two way dice roller that lets you and your players use it. There’s even option to have one of the panels rotate so you can easily show players maps and an initiative tracker. All of this comes, or course, in several beautiful types of wood.
